BabesandBillionaires.com operates a service for consenting adults to meet each other online and is operated by G.MACHER Enterprises, Inc.  (BabesandBillionaires" or "we" or "us"), a Nevada Corporation registered in the USA.

This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this website under the domain name of www.BabesandBillionaires.com ("Website") and to any correspondence, of any form, whether by e-mail or verbally between BabesandBillionaires.com, and you.

Please make certain that you have read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. By using this Website, you are indicating that you accept and understand each of the terms of this agreement. The Terms and Conditions apply to those individuals who choose to become a member by the creation of a username and the submission of a valid email address. If you choose not to agree the terms, please do not register.


1. Eligibility:

You must be over twenty one years of age to register as a member of BabesandBillionaires.com.  By registering for BabesandBillionaires.com you are agreeing that you have the capacity, right and authority to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member.


2. Registration and Subcription:

To register or create a member profile on this Website is free of charge. This allows you to participate in some but not all facilities of this Website. To gain full access to the services and features you must become a paying ("upgraded") member. We have the right to change the subscription fee at any time but, agree to offer reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Your paid membership will auto renew.  All paid subscriptions and any and all services of BabesandBillionaires are of an "as is basis" and are non refundable.



3. Term and Termination:

By becoming a member of BabesandBillionaires.com you are electing to commence the service of the Website with immediate effect. This waives any right, from any law, from any global location, to invoke the legal principle known as  ‘the cooling off' period, which allows you a period of time to postpone the commencement of the service. You may terminate your membership at anytime, by means of written e-mail but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period. Either you or BabesandBillionaires.com can  terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, upon receipt of written notice from the "terminating" party.  BabesandBilllionaires.com reserves the right to refuse a membership or terminate an active membership  of any individual that our editorial staff, in its sole discretion,  deems not to comport  to the standards of this Website.  BabesandBillionaires.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your  access to the service, without notice and without refund,  upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which we may discover.

4.  Non Commercial Use by Members:

This Website is for the personal use of its individual members and may not be used with any commercial endeavors. Profit and non profit making organizations, companies and/or businesses may not become members, and should not use this Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including unauthorized framing of, or linking to the site or the sending of unsolicited commercial email will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken. This is including, and without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive relief and/or termination of membership, at BabesandBillionaires.com's sole discretion. In order to prevent the sending of unsolicited commercial email or chat messages to its members, BabesandBillionaires.com may take reasonable steps, including the limiting of the numbers of emails or chat messages sent or received by a member and electronically filtering or terminating e-mail.


5. Proprietary Rights in Content on Babesand Billionaires.com:

BabesandBillionaires.com retains all proprietary rights in the Website material, except where permission is given or that the content is in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, reproduce, sell, or re-sell any such intellectual property or proprietary information. Any failure to abide by these terms will result in the appropriate legal action being taken.

1. Any information posted on BabesandBillionaire.com's Website must conform to reality and be accurate in its description and content, in both a literal and visual sense.

This pertains to, but not limited to all information gained from registered members through the process of the membership sign up e-mail to the company, and the public facilities and services provided on the Website.
   
3. BabesandBillionaires.com can and will review and or delete any material within profiles, photos or messages deemed as offensive, commercial, inappropriate, harmful or slanderous to this site or to  anyone else.
   
4. You are solely responsible for and are the representative of  any content you submit, post or display within our Website. As a result we deem that you believe that the content is within the terms and conditions applicable to such content.

You shall not under any circumstances include in your member profile, URL's, last names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or text that is suggestive of an e-mail address, external direction, by URL, or ‘any' other means, to alternative website or destinations that contain information about you, or information available relating to the access of contacting you.
   
8. You may not advertise for functions, parties or engagements of a similar nature created for networking for a commercial purpose.
   
9. It is a violation of our terms and conditions to harass, solicit, or harm any member based on the information that has been displayed by means of the service we provide. Under no circumstances, is it allowable to advertise or sell to any member on BabesandBillionaires.com without the prior consent of the company.
   
10. The promotion of prostitution or solicitation thereof, in any form is strictly prohibited.
11. It is the management of  BabesandBillionaires.com's utmost concern and fully implemented policy that the well being and security of our membership shall be strictly maintained. 

7. Prohibited Activities and Content

1. You will not impersonate any company, business or person.
   
2. You will not make any statement or comment that implies you are being endorsed by this Website or company without the expressed written endorsement and or permission of this company.
   
3. You will not harass any members of this service in any way, and you agree not to use profane, offensive and/or vulgar language or make any unusual or offensive sexual requests when corresponding with other members of this service unless mutually agreed upon as evidenced by prior contact on BabesandBillionaires.com.

5. Any attempt to advertise any other service or business will result in a suspension or cancellation of your account without notification or warning.

7. As we do not monitor all messages on this site, any comments made through our messaging service are the responsibility of the sender. BabesandBillionaires.com makes no claim to acknowledge their propriety, suitability or acceptability, and therefore takes no responsibility for any subsequent repercussions.

BabesandBillionaires.com operates merely as a listing service and will not be held accountable or liable for any interaction between its members.

You are solely responsible for the content within your profile. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity within your account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your user name and password. BabesandBillionaires.com will not be liable for any loss sustained as a result of unauthorized activity within your account.

9. Customer Service:

BabesandBillionaires.com may provide facilities and advisory features on the site such as Blogs, Forums and standard e-mail contact through the "contact us" facilities.We take no responsibility for any circumstances arising from such features.   BabesandBillionaires.com makes no representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, efficiency, efficacy, or propriety of any the content in any feature on this site.  In connection therewith,

We may alter the terms and conditions without notice at any time, and you will be deemed as acknowledging such changes by your continuation of membership.

BabesandBillionaires.com does not take responsibility in checking the truth or accuracy of any information posted to the website, nor do we undertake to screen the content of any information provided to it, or guarantee the proper use of such information by any party, including its members.  
We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by any other user of the Service, including but not limited to, information regarding a member's net worth, age and marital status.
You cannot become a member of or use the BabesandBillionaires.com without accepting this agreement.


15. Limitation on Liability:
